At Kanyaa, every bag is crafted with precision, care, and respect for natural materials. We aim to ensure every order reflects our promise of “Personality in every stitch.”

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. The product must also be returned in its original packaging, including dust bags, tags, and accessories provided with the order.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items purchased during special clearance or final sale events
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our quality inspection standards.


Return Requirements

To complete your return request, we require:

  • Clear images of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Original packaging and tags

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Products returned with visible signs of use
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products returned with missing packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
  • Minor variations in embroidery, texture, or handcrafted detailing that naturally occur in artisan products

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, since refunds sometimes take additional time to appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds. Products purchased during promotional sales, discounts, or clearance events may not qualify for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if an incorrect product was delivered.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and supporting images. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return after inspection and approval.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by Kanyaa.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products without tracking confirmation.

Shipping timelines for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and item so we can assist you promptly.
